HAMWORTHY United’s on-off salvaging of Step 4 status went right to the wire with the green light finally shown at yesterday’s Southern League AGM – after a temporary groundshare with Weymouth was given the green light.
Hammers chiefs hit the road to Kenilworth, Warwickshire, at 7.30am for a 300-mile round trip to their date with destiny.
The Dorset outfit have been in limbo all week having originally admitted defeat over ground grading issues that were caused by the only seated stand at its County Ground headquarters – leased...
