JORDAN Parkes is relishing the chance to launch his managerial career with Kings Langley.
The Hertfordshire club were surprised when Chris Winton told them last Sunday that he would be stepping down as manager to take a coaching role elsewhere.
However, it didn’t take them long to find a replacement, with Parkes taking the reins on Friday.
The 33-year-old has an impressive football pedigree. He came through the ranks at Watford and played in the Football League for Barnet before going into Non-League.
