MAY I congratulate Jay Malshanskyj, of Bishops Cleeve, on becoming the earliest ever scorer in an FA Cup season after his second-minute effort at 7.48pm on August 4 against Thornbury Town. Can anyone please tell me who holds the previous record and when that was?
