ELLIOTT Dickman has challenged a number of South Shields youngsters to seize the opportunity presented to them during pre-season.
Mariners academy products Dan Savage and James Sloan were both handed first-team appearances during the second half of last season and will be given an opportunity to impress ahead of Dickman’s first season in permanent charge at the 1st Cloud Arena.
