DAVID Stockdale wants Blyth Spartans to show they are up for the fight after they battled to the first win of his spell in interim charge of the Northern Premier League strugglers.
The former Sheffield Wednesday and Brighton goalkeeper has stepped into the breach at Croft Park following the departure of Nolberto Solano last month after just six games in charge.
And, this week, he led Spartans to a first win of any kind as they held off Northern Counties East League side Campion in their FA Cup first qualifying round replay to earn a bumper home tie with Bury next weeke...
