IN those legendary words of David Coleman, the rapid progress being made at reformed Newcastle Blue Star FC is “quite remarkable”.
The club was launched six years ago to replace the original Blue Star who were members of the Northern Premier League when they folded in June 2009 amidst serious debts.
And the new outfit have swiftly ascended from Northern Alliance status to their present position in the Northern League Division One courtesy of back to back ...
