KIDDERMINSTER Harriers chairman Richard Lane sacked former Premier League manager Phil Brown for failing to win promotion and explained “now is the time to make changes” .
Harriers were beaten in their home play-off semi-final by Chester last Sunday, just days after a shock defeat on the final day of the regular season at Southport cost them the National League North title.
