We need some clarity

I REALLY do not want to turn this into a ‘knock the officials’ post as they already get so much criticism that we, the fans, may get what we deserve.
However, could I suggest they could be further advised on certain aspects of the game by their controlling body.
1) Shirt pulling – decisions given for this offence this season have resulted in witnessing a free-kick and yellow card being awarded for a modest tug of an opponent’s shirt to the extreme of a shirt being pulled almost from an opposing player’s back being overlooked.
