Julian Dicks’ third spell in charge of Heybridge Swifts is over after the West Ham legend stood down as manager following a nine-match winless run.

Dicks, who reclaimed the Scraley Road dugout in May 2024, leaves the club 16th in Isthmian North with 11 points from their first 12 games.
The former Birmingham City, Hammers and Liverpool hard man, 57, led Swifts to victory in the play-offs in his first spell in charge, only to be cruelly denied promotion on points-per-game.
