JOSH TAYLOR says an international break with England C is the perfect breather from the rigours of the National League.
The midfielder, on loan at Maidstone from Sutton United, was a late call-up to the squad but he impressed in training to get a start and his second cap.
The 23-year-old believes the way the team comes together following minimal time on the training ground shows the quality in Non-League football.
