CASUALS slotted home a late equaliser to take this hardfought FA Cup tie to a reply.
The first half was a poor affair with a lot of effort, but without much substance as both teams battled the swirling wind.
But on 59 minutes a long freekick into the area saw John Cook’s header knocked in from close range by Mitchell Dickenson for a Hythe opener.
Minutes later Hythe’s Kieron Campbell broke through and he could only fire at keeper Danny Bracken.
