Congratulations to both Stockport County and Maidstone United – the two Non-League teams who registered the big wins in yesterday’s FA Cup action.
Under Harry Wheeler, the Stones are showing collective signs that they may have enough to edge themselves clear of the relegation zone in the National League, and yesterday’s win – far from being a hindrance – should give his squad added inspiration to do that.
