POOK’S AT THE DOUBLE FOR CLASSY CENTURIONS

A FIVE-STAR show in the sun put the hosts into the next round of the FA Cup.
In the blistering heat it was Cirencester who made the early running.
And they took the lead on six minutes through a headed Shayne Anson goal from a set piece.
And it was 2-0 six minutes later as a Michael Pook corner went straight through keeper Sam Houses hands to double the home team advantage.
The Centurions were rampant throughout the first half and got a deserved third just before the break.
