WARRINGTON Rylands’ dream FA Cup run came to an end as York City won a tight affair thanks to skipper Sean Newton’s superb free-kick.
Newton struck late in the first half although the Cheshire club will rue a host of missed chances, most notably a missed penalty early in the second half when Andrew Scarisbrick struck a post with his spot-kick.
