GOALS from youngster Ollie Bassett and veteran Leroy Lita steered Nuneaton into the next round.
The visitors had a chance to open the scoring midway through the first half but Callum Powell lifted his effort just over the Boro bar with keeper Tony Breeden in no man’s land.
Instead it was Nuneaton who went in at the break a goal to the good, Bassett stroking a shot beyond keeper Ty Belford.
