WIMBORNE won a thriller as Lewis Beale’s late volley sent the away side through.
McKoy Palmer struck from range and Conor Lynch put Basingstoke two up within half an hour, but Wimborne’s momentum grew and by half-time they were level with a scrappy goal from Connall Morrison and a close-range volley from Curtis Young.
