ST NEOTS advanced to the next round when they converted the first and last chances of their tie at Bishop’s Stortford.
Trey Charles converted the first clear-cut chance of the match, on 24 minutes. And Mani Osei-Owusu put the tie to bed right at the end of normal time.
Charles gave Saints the lead when he advanced down the right and fired a rocket into the top lefthand corner of the net after Blues’ Jonny Giles was dispossessed in midfield, giving debutant keeper Noah Phillips no chance
