CONNOR Comber capped a man-of-the-match performance with a late winner to help continue Bury AFC’s FA Cup run at the expense of higher-ranked opposition in North Shields.
The flying winger struck seven minutes from time after David Robinson had cancelled out Niall Cummins’ opener for the hosts.
Step 4 Shields went closest to breaking the deadlock with Connor Oliver firing a free-kick just wide in the opening stages.
