THEY slogged to Yorkshire by road and by rail, battling cancellations, traffic jams and the sodden aftermath of Storm Ciaran.
They came despite being forced to play on Friday night, a decision that cost the club a bumper payday and many supporters a day’s wage.
In the end, though, it was all worth it for the 563 hardy fans of Horsham and the heroic players they cheered for 97 breathless minutes.
Even the most optimistic of them couldn’t have dreamt of humbling Barnsley...
