TYLER FROST has been involved in two of the craziest FA Cup ties in recent years. Aldershot Town’s 7-4 win over Swindon Town in this season’s first round proper wasn’t the only 11-goal thriller the 24-year-old has tasted victory.
In 2020, the midfielder was at Crawley when they beat then-National League Torquay United 6-5 in a helter skelter goalfest. “Luckily I’ve come out on the right side,” Frost laughs in the EBB Lounge at the Shots’ home stadium. Frost and his team-mates would probably settle for something calmer at West Brom on Sunday.
