MESSENGER SHOWS WAY IN ROBINS’ CUP CLASSIC

A TWO-MINUTE brace from Reegan Messenger helped Evesham United secure their place in the next round in a seven-goal thriller.
The first goal of the game came in the 18th minute when a failed clearance from Luke Soft-ley fell to Evesham’s Levi Steele who slotted bottom left.
Bromsgrove scored the equaliser 11 minutes later when Nick Clayton-Philips found the top left corner from 20 yards.
The visitors took the lead immediately after when Kobe Hall’s powerful shot was parried to Billy Shaw who fired home the rebound.
