■ ALVECHURCH survived a late scare to edge past Barwell in a six-goal thriller.
Having scored against the Canaries in the league last weekend, Sam Perry again found the net in the 39th minute when he headed home from a corner.
Callum Sullivan fired home in time added on to double their lead and the hosts looked to be cruising to an easy victory when Josh Dugmore added a third just before the hour.
The nerves set in as Barwell pulled two goals back through Tyrell Waite.
But Jonathan Ngandu netted for Church late on to make sure of the result.
