NON-STOP frontrunner Jose Marquez notched a 10-minute hat-trick as Alvechurch deservedly scalped National League North Leamington.
The 19-year-old, on loan from Forest Green Rovers, provided the 71st-minute breakthrough, deftly lobbing in from the edge of the box after a quick punt forward was not dealt with by the Brakes backline.
