Stags stagger Gulls courtesy of Rendell

AFC Totton put on a tremendous performance against National League South Torquay United and progressed in the Cup.
In the sixth minute a golden chance was presented to Torquay after the usually prolific Jordan Young pounced on a poor back pass, but his shot slid past the post.
Four minutes later, Malachi Linton got in behind the Gulls, rounded the goalkeeper but he saw his shot blocked as it was heading in.
The breakthrough came in the 31st minute, Scott Rendell headed home a Christos Batzelis cross to give the home side the lead.
