■ FARNHAM Town took advantage of Burgess Hill Town’s misfortune to reach the third qualifying round for the first time. The Hillians lost goalkeeper Roco Rees in the warm-up and Brannon O’Neill, a midfielder, took over. Martyn Box was denied by Zaki Oualah as Burgess Hill started brightly, but Box would not be denied, heading home a Hamish Morrison cross.
