HEYBRIDGE Swifts got the better of a game that saw two teams flying high in the league face off.
The visitors started strongly but Heybridge took control and went ahead on 30 minutes when Lewis Godbold slammed home from inside the penalty area.
Sam Bantick almost doubled the lead but visiting keeper Billy Bishop tipped the shot onto the crossbar. The second half saw Carshalton enjoy a lot of possession and a couple of substitutions seemed to spark them into actio...
