GREEN FOR GO AT BORO, GEORGE

UNDER 18 Premier League winner George Green is looking to kickstart his career at Nuneaton Town.
Green was once seen as one of the country’s brightest young prospects when helping Everton take the Academy title in 2014.
The 22-year-old, capped by England at under-16, 17 and under-18 level, had previously been playing for Norwegian club Viking Stavanger.
He has also had spells at Oldham Athletic, Ossett Albion and Burnley as well as loan stints at Tranmere Rovers, Boro’s National League North rivals Salford City and Scottish club Kilmarnock.
