PETERBOROUGHSports’ winning start to the season continued with a first-ever FA Trophy win against desperately unfortunate Sutton Coldfield.
The first half hour was fairly even, until Sports took the lead when a freekick found its way to Paul Malone who lashed home from 15 yards.
Sports seemed to be suffering something of an FA Cup hangover, playing in front of a smaller crowd than recently, and it was no surprise when Ryan Nesbitt poked home an equaliser on 54 minutes.
