■ FRANKIE Merrifield struck twice in the final seven minutes to helped Canvey Island down Cray Wanderers.
Canvey took the lead on 83 minutes when substitute Marlon Agyakwa played a neat one-two with Martin Tuohy running into the box.
Agyakwa chipped the ball over goalkeeper Nick Blue, with Merrifield making sure of the goal by hammering home from close range.
The match was sealed in the third minute of injury time when Merrifield capitalised on an under hit back pass from Barney Williams, rounding the keeper to slot home
