THE Black and White Stripes reversed a recent 3-0 league defeat at the hands of Morpeth to reach unchartered FA Trophy territory.
Dave Sherlock thought he had given Colls the lead inside ten minutes but his tidy fi nish was ruled out for handball in the build-up.
Josh Thompson did put them ahead on the half-hour mark when he rose highest at a corner to power a header home.
The visitors had their fi rst real chance of the game when a corner just before the break was fl icked to the back post where Sean Reid missed an open goal.
