EASTBOURNE Borough eased through by seeing off a resilient Hartley Wintney side at Priory Lane.
The game was barely 90 seconds in when the Sports struck. Greg Luer’s cross was tipped away by Luke Williams but Nick Wheeler drove in the loose ball.
However, the Row fought back and equalised after just six minutes. Borough keeper Tom Hadler could only parry away a corner and Shane Hollamby was the first to react, firing home from close range.
The Sports took a hold of the tie on the hour mark.
