WHITEHAWK 2 BARTON ROVERS 1

WHITEHAWK advanced to the third qualifying round as early goals from Henry Muggeridge and Lucas Rodrigues were enough to overcome Barton Rovers. The Hawks took an early lead 12 minutes in, when Muggeridge’s strike deceived Neil Cooper in the Rovers goal. The advantage was doubled soon after as a neat onetwo between Rodrigues and Ronald Sobowale provided Rodrigues with a chance from close-range, and he coolly slotted home.
