GREENWICH Borough are to be reborn next season - with the aid of a former long-serving director of Manchester United.
The rejuvenated south London club have appointed Debbie Savage, a Red Devils director for 25 years, as their new commercial director.
The club were relegated in 2019 after ending bottom of the Isthmian South East Division and were relegated to the Southern Counties East Premier, from which they resigned in January having taken only 12 points from 20 games.
Since then, a new board has been formed, and the FA have now approved the club’s return to the league for 2021/22....
