■ RYAN BROOKE scored twice as Runcorn swept past Tadcaster.
The visitors, with Jacques Welsh, Rhain Hellawell and Eden Gumbs also on target, were too much for a Brewers side who fought hard in the second half, but ultimately were already beaten.
At 2-0 down Des Amponsah had Tad’s best chance of the game, his effort hitting a post before Simon Russell’s rebound was cleared off the line.
Iwan Murray for Runcorn was lively all game, getting two assists for both of Brooke’s header goals.
