HEADED goals from Joel Kettle and Nathan Hayward led Bromsgrove Sporting to FA Trophy victory over Ilkeston Town.
Sporting winger Miro Pais had a shot tipped over smartly in the 14th minute, with Ilkeston’s Ollie Brown-Hill driving the ball at Akos Onodi two minutes later.
The deadlock was broken in the 37th minute as a cracking Cameron Ebbutt free-kick was powered home via Kettle.
It was 2-0 five minutes into the second half as an enticing ball from Pais into the area was headed in towards the back post by Hayward.
