MARGATE finally overcame a hardworking Beaconsfield Town with two good goals.
The first half finished scoreless with the visitors having the best chance when Sydney Ibib had a clear sight of goal, but Pat Ohman saved well with his legs.
Margate finally took the lead after 73 minutes when Crossley Lema made the breakthrough.
