SUTTON went through on penalties after a dour, goalless affair.
Sutton had the first chance when Isai Marselia sent in a curling, dipping shot that just cleared the bar.
A good move ended when Sutton’s Harry Eden lobbed the keeper, only for the ball to settle on the top of the net.
Sutton lost substitute Reece Gibson when he was injured in a bruising tackle, which left Sutton a man down for the last 10 minutes because they had used their three substitutes
