Donaldson leads way for Trinity

A TRIO of scorers secured Trinity’s passage, eventually seeing off Barwell, who played more than 45 minutes a man down.
Striker Clayton Donaldson opened the scoring on the quarter-hour. Hayden Cann’s long ball was chested down brilliantly by the number nine, before finishing right-footed past Andy Wycherley to put Gainsborough one-up.
Barwell were back level inside five minutes, when Jack Deakin headed home after Trinity had gifted the visitors a corner.
