COALVILLE Town progressed to the next round of the FA Trophy at the expense of league rivals Hednesford in a scrappy encounter.
Lewis Ledford-Ison was denied by an excellent save from Paul White in the home goal.
And that was punished on 38 minutes when Eliot Putman broke down the left and his low cross was met by Ashley Chamber who put the Ravens in front.
Coalville doubled their advantage when Billy Kee rounded off a superb team move – and a neat one-two from McGlinchey and Chambers – in the 68th minute.
