MET POLICE WON 5-4 ON PENS

MET Police goalkeeper Liam Beech was the match-winner thanks to his last-gasp penalty shoot-out save at Phoenix Sports.
Ryan Hayes caused Met Police problem, but couldn’t beat Beech in the first half and neither could Ashdon Day. Phoenix stopper Andy Walker denied Kynan Kirlew-Wright and Kareem Akinnibi.
In the 55th minute, Hayes’ fine cross was headed home by Michael Sarpong at the far post. Twenty minutes later Met Police levelled when a fine strike from distance by Adam Green flew into the top corner.
