A SPECTACULAR late nwinner from Redbridge substitute Soumen Nandi settled a contest that had plenty of twists and turns.
Witham exerted early pressure with Jeff Cobblah shooting wide after 10 minutes but Ronnie Winn opened the scoring for Redbridge three minutes later.
Ronnie Bates equalised with a fierce shot after 38 minutes.
It had been a flat first half in which neither side could establish control.
Henry Day put Redbridge ahead again five minutes after the break when he headed in from a corner.
