HENDON reached the second round of the Isuzu FA Trophy yesterday in a match that improved as it progressed.
Apart from Dan Matsuzaka hitting the foot of a Walton & Hersham post as he stretched to reach a corner, little happened in the first 40 minutes.
Matt Kerbey was alertly off his line to stop two Swans raids and he was at full stretch to reach a low cross but that was all Walton showed in the first half.
