SPARKS LEFT TO RUE LATE MISTAKE

THE SPARKS bowed out of the competition following a defeat to Broadbridge Heath.
Heath were comfortably the better side for large parts of the first half and opened the scoring in the seventh minute thanks Luke Beevashvili’s smart finish.
South Park then drew level in the 43rd minute when Aidan Brown played in Craig McGee, who finished with aplomb into the roof of the net.
With the wind in their sails, Park started the second half brightly with Dan Moody and Aidan Brown both having shots blocked.
