■ BROADBRIDGE Heath won an evenly contested encounter at home to Bedfont Sports Club.
The visitors took an early lead after six minutes when a low corner from the right was converted at the near post by The Eagles centre-forward Joe Smith .
Heath responded three minutes later with Elliott Romain scoring his first goal of the season to equalise for The Bears. The Eagles had a great chance to regain the lead just before the break when the visitors were awarded a penalty kick but Adam Dougui fired it over.
