JERSEY Bulls – the new Channel Island club who are poised to play in the English pyramid – have appointed their first manager.
Gary Freeman, who currently runs Jersey Combination Premier side St Peter, for whom he played as a striker, has been chosen to lead the Bulls into the Cherry Red Combined Counties League Division One.
The Bulls aim to emulate the success of Guernsey FC, who were formed in 2011 and joined the Combined Counties League the following season, and who now play at Step 4 in Bostik South East.
