Who wins legal case?

FIRSTLY, may I offer my sympathy to Rees Welsh for the dreadful injury he suffered whilst playing football at Non-League level (NLP, November 24) and I am sure that his compensation is fully merited.
However, after legal costs are added Ossett United’s bill stands at a staggering £135,000.
It begs the question as to who the real winners are in this very sad tale.
