TEN-MAN Littlehampton staged a second-half comeback after former Vase winners Deal had looked on course for the third round.
Following a goalless but entertaining first-half, Deal dominated the opening stages of the second period and were rewarded when Ben Chapman volleyed them in front on 61 minutes after Macauley Murray’s inswinging corner came back off the woodwork.
And the situation looked even worse for Littlehampton when Jordan Clark was sent off three minutes later following a touchline flare-up involving several players.
