SEAN Reid scored twice as Heaton Stannington advanced with a comfortable win.
After a quiet first half, Stan had the chance to take the lead on the hour-mark when Adam Terrelonee-Jones hand-balled Konner Lamb’s effort, but Jordan Lashley put his penalty wide of a post. The hosts took the lead ten minutes later, as Reid’s long-range strike bounced over Thackley keeper Luke Wilson and in.
Reid then doubled his tally for the day, when Kane Evans’ pinpoint cross was headed into the bottom corner by the Stan forward to take the game away from the Denn...
