FOLKESTONE eased their relegation worries thanks to first half goals from Joe Taylor and Micheal Everitt against the still-struggling Met. Top goalscorer Taylor opened the scoring in the 15th minute when he slotted the ball in after a low right-wing cross from striking partner Ian Draycott.
Everitt made it 2-0 in the 36th minute when he fired home from outside the penalty area after Met keeper Brannon Daly half-cleared a Nat Blanks cross from the left.
