ASHTON took all three points at Hurst Cross after the Steel men had fought back from a first-half deficit.
With Jack Dyche returning to Scunthorpe, Ryan Crowther took over up front and helped himself to two goals, the first arriving ten minutes before the interval after Matty Chadwick’s low free-kick had only been half cleared.
The game got off to a slow start with Chadwick’s lob not high enough to beat Grant on 15 minutes and Corby coming close to equalising just before the break.
